I have had several of these battery powered air compressors.The first ones were only battery powered. This one has dual power. It works on both the rechargeable battery and the cars 12 accessory output.This compressor also has a large battery, almost 2x or 3x the capacity of similar products.Since the battery is larger, the unit its larger, and the storage case is larger.This compressor also has a side light. I think this side light gives much more light that the typical end light.I did notice that the unit has a vent on the bottom side. I think that is a bad place for a vent, but you can always turn the compressor on its side.The compressors air hose is also longer than other brands.Overall, I like this compressor because it has dual power, plus a large capacity battery.
